Intelligence, returned to the many.
The AI era has a default setting, and it is centralization: judgment quietly leaving the room it belongs to. We build the other way. Many human minds and AI agents thinking together, so a community can see, think, and decide as one, and every decision stays where it lives. The room is smarter than anyone in it, when the room is tended. That is the movement, and it is also the work.
The Practice
Four movements. One garden.
Gardening is the honest word for work on living systems. You cannot install an outcome into a group of people. You can only shape the conditions and tend what grows. Four movements, and the fourth is the one that makes us different.
Plant
