Real systems, read in public.
A reading looks at one system the way we look at every system: the structure first, then one person inside it, then where to push and what happens after. Each one names the trap, places the push on Meadows' ladder, and says what we might have wrong. We aim for one a week, and the count on the home says when we are late.
A reading starts with a Semble: one active piece of work, shared in the open. Bring yours to a Sesh at Semble.CC, take your Semble Steps, and the reading lands in your Trax.
The budget nobody asks for is never created.
The Dash treasury. A ceiling that binds every month, a track record that compounds, and the trap of asking big to look serious.

Chicago transit. A fast loop pushing down, a slow loop pushing up through Springfield, and the one place the system is usually pushed in the wrong direction.

Davara reads first. She maps the system, names the loops and their delays, places the intervention on Meadows' ladder of leverage, checks its direction, and predicts what moves second. Then a human walks one instance of the system at ground level and argues with her. What survives the argument is the reading.
Every number in a reading is sourced or left out, and a second pass re-reads every claim against its source before anything is published. The structure is ours, and it is written so you can catch us being wrong.
Bring us yours. A team, a community, a city block, a product. The first hour is $40, and it is a reading like these, of the system you are inside.
