$GREED · model v0.3 · season 0
$GREED · Built on Dash · The Dash Evolution token standard
A value held.
$GREED gives builders a share of what they helped build. The supply is fixed at birth, shares are earned by delivery and given with a note, and payouts come only from real revenue.
Work → Receipt → Grant → Hold → Harvest → Work
A flywheel turns on what it was given. Ship something and watch it. Stop shipping and watch it slow.
In one paragraph
$GREED is the equity token for builders, on Dash Platform. Every project mints one, fixed at birth. It is earned by shipping: a receipt accepted in public mints a grant, so the cap table is the work log. It is held. You stake it by lock length, and when a season closes with real revenue above the reserve, the council opens a harvest and stakers share it by weight. Every transfer carries a note, and the ledger of who, what and why lives beside the token on the chain, so anyone can reconcile a balance to a reason. The token never votes and never promises a price. A council of named weights holds the rare powers, planned before the contract is registered, because on Dash they cannot change after. One loop makes it grow: work earns receipts, receipts mint grants, grants put skin in the game, skin in the game makes people care, and care makes the next work. One loop keeps it honest: the reserve fills first.
The four marks
Four symbols. The whole model in them.
The creed
Seven lines. Said out loud.
- I hold what I helped build.
- I earn by delivery, never by the calendar.
- I give with a note.
- I harvest only what is real.
- The reserve wins.
- Roles are not money.
- Fixed at birth, and planned before it is born.
Said in a Sesh · Shipped in your Trax · Held in $GREED
The axiology
What $GREED values, in order.
Read the seven values
- 01Delivery over tenure.Time in the seat earns nothing. A receipt does.
- 02Held over traded.A position you keep is a reason to care. A position you flip is a bet on someone else's care.
- 03The note over silence.A transfer without a reason is a leak. With one, it is a record.
- 04The reserve over the harvest. When they disagree, the floor wins, so there is a next season.
- 05The council over the king.No single identity holds a rare power. Weights and a threshold, named in public.
- 06The plan over the patch. On Dash the rare rules are set once. So the thinking happens before the contract, where it is cheap.
- 07The real over the promised.Booked revenue, accepted receipts, a ledger you can read. Never a forecast, never a price.
The praxis
Seven moves. One season.
- ShipDo the work in the open. A Sesh is where it is witnessed.
- ReceiptRecord what shipped, with the evidence link. It lands in your Trax.
- GrantThe council accepts the receipt and mints against it. Never before.
- HoldKeep it. Stake it by lock length when you want weight.
- SeasonOne Dash budget cycle. Revenue is booked where anyone can read it.
- HarvestAbove the reserve, the council opens one. Stakers share by weight.
- GivePass some to whoever earned it from you, and say why in the note.
The model
Two loops that grow it. Two that keep it honest.
R1, the builder's loop. Work earns receipts, receipts mint grants, grants put skin in the game, skin in the game makes people care, and care makes the next work. R2, the trust loop. Skin in the game gets given with a note, notes build trust, trust brings funders who hold, and funders holding funds the work. Both reinforce. Two more loops keep them honest:
The cap table is the work log.
Every grant points at a receipt. Every receipt is public. The two tables are one table.
Play a season
The rule, in your hands.
Four moves and a season. Ship to mint, stake to weigh, give with a note, close the season and watch the reserve fill first. Every move writes a line in the ledger.
- Season 1 open. The supply is fixed. Nothing is minted yet.
Skin in the game: 0 $GREED held or staked · 0 DASH harvested · 0 notes given.
The leverage ladder
Where the model pushes, rung by rung.
Read the ladder
Meadows' twelve places to intervene in a system, from the weakest to the strongest. Here is where each law of $GREED sits. The higher the rung, the more it changes, and the harder it is to get right.
- 1Greed, pointed at the right thing. The paradigm: wanting a share of what you build is the hunger that keeps a builder building.
- 2Hold what you build. The goal is a held position, never a price. Every other rung serves this one.
- 3The rotation plan. Self-organization: when the council must change, a new contract is born, and the rule for that is written before the first.
- 4The seven laws. Rules, locked on the chain where they can be, written in public where they cannot.
- 5The note and the ledger. Information flows: every balance can be reconciled to a reason by anyone.
- 6The builder's loop. Reinforcing: work, receipts, grants, skin in the game, care, work.
- 7The reserve gate. Balancing: the floor fills first and wins every argument with the harvest.
- 8The season. A delay on purpose: harvests only at close, so no one games a Tuesday.
- 9The claim model. Stock structure: nothing unearned circulates; tokens exist when claimed or minted against a receipt.
- 10The reserve itself. A buffer, sized in writing.
- 11The supply and the floor. Two numbers, set once.
- 12The rung above all of these is the power to transcend paradigms. We do not claim it. We draw the limit and leave it on the map.
The seven laws
Simple enough to read. Locked enough to trust.
- 01
Fixed at birth.
The supply is declared once, at registration, and the cap is locked to no one. Nobody can print more, and that includes us.
on Dash · max supply set at registration · the cap's change rule set to NoOne, forever - 02
Earned by delivery, never by the calendar.
A grant is minted when a receipt is accepted: a deliverable, shipped, recorded in public. In Keyrock's study of more than sixteen thousand token unlocks, about nine in ten pushed the price down, and team unlocks were the worst of all.
on Dash · mint on acceptance · the receipt is a document in the same contract - 03
The first grant waits for the first receipt.
No allocation for optics. A new contributor's first $GREED follows their first accepted deliverable, and the record of that deliverable is public.
on Dash · the council mints only against a receipt document - 04
Nothing unearned circulates.
Tokens exist when they are claimed under a written schedule or minted against a receipt. Reversal exists, for the rare grant that has to be undone, and it belongs to the council, never to one person.
on Dash · Claim · Freeze and Destroy Frozen Funds held by a group with a threshold - 05
Given with a note.
Every transfer carries its reason. The ledger of who, what, why and how much sits next to the token itself, so anyone can reconcile a balance to a reason.
on Dash · a note on every transfer, up to 2,048 bytes · a ledger document type in the same contract - 06
Harvest only from real revenue, above the reserve, and never promised.
When a season closes with booked revenue above the reserve, the council may open a harvest. Stakers share it by weight. Nothing is owed, and everything is written down.
on Dash · a snapshot, then a mint or transfer from the treasury identity · the token paused during the count - 07
Roles are not money.
The token never votes. The council is a group with named weights and a threshold, decided before the contract is registered, with the rotation plan written down. Exit exists for vested tokens, at a known price, from realized treasury only.
on Dash · groups of 2 to 256 members with weighted power · immutable at registration, so the plan comes first
Stake
Hold longer, weigh more.
Vested $GREED can be locked for one to eight seasons. A season is one Dash budget cycle, about thirty days. A longer lock weighs more in the harvest, up to 2.75 times at eight seasons. Move the dials and read the rule.
A model of the rule, and not an offer. The other stakers are assumed to average 1.6× weight. Unvested tokens cannot be staked. A harvest happens only when the council opens one, and no season is owed one.
Staking, step by step
Five steps. One of them is yours.
Read the five steps
This is how a stake will move on Dash Platform, from the identity that names you to the transfer that pays you. The steps light in order. Only the third one asks anything of you.
- 01 · IdentityYour Dash Platform identity, funded with credits. That is your name on the ledger. Nothing here needs a wallet address.
- 02 · ReceiptShip, record it, have it accepted. The grant mints to your identity with a note that says what shipped.
- 03 · LockChoose one to eight seasons. The lock is a document beside the token. Unvested tokens cannot lock.
- 04 · SeasonThirty days. Revenue booked in the open. The reserve fills first. The token pauses during the count.
- 05 · HarvestIf the council opens one, your share arrives.A transfer with a note, and a published split that names its source.
Named before the contract is born. Two to 256 members with weighted power and a threshold no single member can reach. It holds the rare powers: mint against a receipt, freeze, destroy frozen funds, pause, open a harvest. It never holds the token's vote, because the token has none. When it must change, a new contract is born under the rotation plan written before the first one.
The contract, drafted
The seven laws, in the chain's own fields.
Read the contract
A model page can say "locked to no one". A contract has to name the rule that does it. This is the draft of the $GREED data contract for Dash Platform: one token, three document types, one council group. Every law below is a field, and the field is quoted as written.

The token has no vote, and no market on this contract.Draft, version 0.2, checked against the protocol library on 2026-09-28. The three document types (receipt, badge, harvest) passed the Dash Platform protocol library's full validation. The token configuration is beyond that library's JavaScript constructor, which builds version-zero contracts only, so the token fields stand on the platform source and the docs until the contract factory or testnet says otherwise. Identities and the supply are placeholders. Registering this draft, with its three document types and its council group, costs about a third of a DASH; the 0.2 DASH below is the floor, a contract with one plain token. The draft is public so any correction can be too.
On Dash, exactly
What the chain holds. What the app holds.
Read the split
Tokens have run on Dash Platform mainnet since June 2025. A token there is a set of rules inside a data contract, and the network enforces the rules. There is no smart contract to audit and no smart contract to exploit. Here is the honest split.
- A fixed base supply and a cap that can be locked to no one.
- Groups: 2 to 256 members, weighted power, a threshold, and no single member at or above it.
- A note on every transfer: public, shared, or private.
- Freeze, unfreeze, and destroy frozen funds, each with its own rule of who may act.
- An emergency pause of the whole token.
- Pre-programmed schedules by identity and date, claimed by the recipient.
- A direct purchase price the council can set, paid in credits.
- The ledger itself: a document type living in the same contract as the token.
- Accepting a receipt, and minting against it.
- The harvest: the snapshot, the weights, the payout from the treasury identity.
- Staking weight by lock length.
- Exit for vested tokens at a known price.
- An allowlist, if a jurisdiction ever asks for one.
- Trading. The standard reserves a marketplace mode and has not opened it, so $GREED is held, given and harvested, and any market comes later.

The layers
What we borrowed. What we refused.
Read the six layers
Five years of crypto tried every way to keep people coming back. Most of it paid for presence and bought presence for exactly one season. Six layers survived the test, and each one sits on top of the seven laws without bending them.
- Points seasons. Every conversion broke the behavior at the moment of the claim.
- Login streaks. A login streak measures logins.
- Tradable badges. A badge is worth the cost of a second one.
- A market per builder. Fans become exit liquidity, and the loop is fast and short.
- Exit at book value. A standing arbitrage on the reserve.
What held for decades outside crypto has one shape: a share of real profit paid only when there was profit, terms that rank cannot game, voice kept apart from money, and no exit by selling the instrument. The employee-owned firms kept that shape for fifty years. It is the shape of the seven laws.
Who it is for
Builders, funders, and the rooms they build in.
On the Dash wheel
Dash pays for the work. $GREED keeps the builder in it.
Dash's treasury withholds a fifth of every block and pays builders monthly on a vote, and budget nobody requests is never minted. It has funded a network for a decade. It leaves one loop open: the builder is paid and walks, and the people who funded the work hold nothing of what was built. $GREED closes that loop on the same rail. The builder holds a share that vests on receipts. The funders can hold a share too, given with a note. The harvest comes back to whoever stayed. It rides the Dash wheel, and it closes the loop the wheel leaves open.
The line on the ledger
Pay With Equity, Or Token Presale Allocations, Along With The Inclusion Of Affiliate Marketing And Organic Growth Via $BAT, $Dash, or $Greed
From the services ledgerThat line is kept here. A client can pay part of an engagement in $GREED of their own project, minted on this model, and we hold it under the same seven laws we ask of everyone.
What this is not
This page describes access, work, and a share of a harvest the council may open. It is not an offer to sell anything, and no channel of ours will ever promise a price.
A token that promises profit from our work is a security whatever it is called. So the profit-bearing paper stays paper: equity, or a continuous SAFE, with a registered transfer agent when the law asks for one. $GREED carries the work, the note, and the harvest rule.
Where the public is invited, the wrappers exist, in the United States and under MiCA in Europe, and we use them.
