Outlier.Systems One System

The Corpus

Sixteen bodies of work. One loop.

Everything Outlier.Systems is building, contributing to, or about to open, drawn as one system: what each one is, the service behind it, and the next motus moves and votus moves. Six frames, twelve leverage rungs and seventeen causal links, drawn eight ways. The page picks a draw for you, and you can share yours.

The services

Every body below is measured live from our server as the page loads.

Drawn for you: the Orbit, with Build in focus.

The Orbit. The company at the center. What is live on the inner orbit, fed by a spoke each. What is coming, and where we contribute, on the outer. Tap a body of work to read it, tap again to go.

Outlier.Systems

Strategic Systems Intelligence Agency. Solutions For The Data Backed World.

A systems intelligence agency that maps the system a team is in and finds where a small move changes it. Write to August, take a first hour for $40, then a first piece of work for $175; Motus Mode starts at $575.

BuildRung 6 · Information flowsWebagencyservicesthe company

Mission · service · moves

Give teams and communities a working map of the system they are inside, and the first move it points to, so they stop fixing symptoms.

What the model sees

The company measures sixteen nodes and no handoff: /api/pulse reads that every door answers, while none of R1's five handoffs runs. The praxis ledger counts the hour booked and never the email that asks for one, so on 2026-12-01 its stop rule cannot tell no demand from a door that loses people.

The strongest move

Rung 6 · Information flows Log every email that asks for an hour on the praxis ledger as a dated ask, and show asks beside hours booked.

Service Systems Intelligence For Teams And Corporations And Communities

Motus moves

  • Book the first hour and count it in public.
  • Publish one Semble Sense reading a week.
  • Log one SenseRun a week and let the counters tell the truth.

Votus moves

  • Ratify the six SystemsBench rung definitions.
  • Choose the first three ecosystem projects to open $GREED on.

SystemsBench

Not what a model knows. Where it chooses to push.

The open benchmark for systems intelligence in language models. Version 0.17.1 has 354 items, 134 of them scored by machine across five deterministic lanes, plus a blind jury that fails closed and a faithfulness probe.

SenseRung 6 · Information flowsGitHubbenchmarkopen sourceAI

Mission · service · moves

Give AI makers and the public a measure of whether a language model can map a system, find where to push, and know when it is wrong.

What the model sees

All four numbers on the bench's strip count the instrument: items, lanes, Meadows' twelve, SenseRuns. None counts a measurement. Seventeen runs have improved the ruler and no model has been measured, 353 of 354 items have no gold reference, and the stop rule's six-month clock starts at a first public card that does not exist, so the guard cannot fire.

The strongest move

Rung 6 · Information flows Add a fifth number to the strip and the home counter, models scored, at zero and dated, until the first live run replaces it.

Service Systems Sense

Motus moves

  • Run the first live model through all five lanes in one command, on August's word.
  • Fill ARC and TRAP to 25 items per level.

Votus moves

  • Ratify the rung definitions and the D3 wording.
  • Decide the first frontier model to score in public.
  • Decide how to score the five SF items whose trap cannot be encoded (BACKLOG #16).

Semble.CC

Build In Public Together

Where builders meet in person and in the open. Init a Sesh around one piece of work, take Semble Steps, and your Trax becomes your record. Chicago first.

GatherRung 4 · Self-organizationWebcommunitybuild in publicChicago

Mission · service · moves

Get builders in Chicago out of building alone: one active piece of work, a real place, a real time, and the people who show up for it.

What the model sees

The app counts two things that grow: Steps in Trax, and minutes in the moment, which mint one !MOTUS each and count with the work alone, so the currency grows without a room. The count that decides whether a room runs, seats committed before the date, drains to zero each Sesh and is the one the page never shows.

The strongest move

Rung 6 · Information flows Show seats committed and seats left on every Sesh page, and send the count to its members daily until it fills.

Service Communications Systems

Motus moves

  • Connect the Blob store so cross-person commits go live.
  • Run the first real Sesh with strangers in the room.
  • Publish Semble Sense readings from the Sembles people bring.

Votus moves

  • The stake amount and the first city after Chicago.
  • The token direction for !MOTUS.

DuoDash

The Secure Collaborative Intelligence Layer That AI Needs The Most.

A secure collaborative intelligence layer for pairs, coming to DashPass holders at DuoDash.AI. Its pitch for Davara is live at DuoDash.me, and its walkable studio opens by invitation at DuoDrive.Live.

BuildRung 5 · RulesWebAIsecuritypairs

Mission · service · moves

Give two people one secure layer between them and the AI they work with, so a pair can think with a machine and keep their shared context their own.

What the model sees

The pass door already carries a privacy sentence: your name and email are visible to every pass holder, and your Telegram username is the key only you see. The layer behind the door has no such sentence yet, and the model says the body breaks the moment a pair cannot say what the layer keeps private.

The strongest move

Rung 5 · Rules Label each DuoDash.AI feature proven or staged on the DashPass page, with one sentence on what the layer keeps private, before the first pair enters.

Service App Development

Motus moves

  • Name what a DashPass opens on day one.
  • Take one pair through the whole loop before launch.

Votus moves

  • The DashPass price and what it holds.
  • Which Dash rail the pass rides.

Gratus

Grow Gratus Give.

A gratitude garden that grows as you write and lets you give what you grew. Opening a gift is free; growing a garden is free for a week and then $24 a month, and journal text stays on your device.

BuildRung 7 · Reinforcing loopsWebgratitudegardengifts

Mission · service · moves

Make a daily gratitude practice grow into something a person can give to someone else.

What the model sees

The garden counts days you wrote; the free week counts calendar days from the app's first open on that device, written or not. A kept gift opens the app on a new device and starts that week, so the loop's return link meets the wall on day eight whatever grew; the wall is dark because the card rail is off.

The strongest move

Rung 5 · Rules Count the free week in days written, so the wall arrives after the seventh entry and never in the middle of a practice.

Service App Development

Motus moves

  • Decide the grace window before the paywall meets its first stranger.
  • Ship the second gift kind.
  • Send the written Emotional TRACE pitch to Giveth and ask for project owner verification.

Votus moves

  • When to switch Stripe on.
  • The first three gardens to feature.

Motus.Events

The night is coming.

A mobile-first events app for nights, seasons and seats. The door today is a film; the app is coming.

GatherRung 9 · DelaysWebnightsseatslive

Mission · service · moves

Give the ecosystem a night people return to: a seat in one tap, the room live, and what happens after.

What the model sees

The model's only stock, people waiting for the first night, has nowhere to collect: the film door holds no name or seat, and its one button opens a page that answers 503 today. The countdown that pointed at the evening of 2026-10-24 left the door on 2026-10-07, sixteen days short of the date it promised.

The strongest move

Rung 10 · Stocks and flows Hold a seat list on the door this week: a name and a city for the first night, with the date left blank.

Service Website Development

Motus moves

  • Hold a seat list on the door this week: a name and a city for the first night, with the date left blank.
  • Book the first night.
  • Point the film's card at a page that answers.

Votus moves

  • The first city and the first venue.
  • Ticket pricing and the crew's cut.

Trust The Practice

Learn Systems Thinking. Build A Career In It.

One-to-one mentorship in systems thinking. Start free, then $42 an hour, a $250 career track, an eight-week cohort for $800, and workshops for teams.

SenseRung 4 · Self-organizationHere.Noweducationmentorshipsystems thinking

Mission · service · moves

Teach anyone curious the practice of systems thinking, and how to make a living from it.

What the model sees

The school holds only the hour; every other stage of its loop lives in another body: the map with Davara, the proof on Intuition, the stage on MotusMoves, the guiding on Waves. The free stage is the one the page calls the start and the one the model does not count, so a learner who stops there leaves no trace.

The strongest move

Rung 6 · Information flows Give each free learner one artifact to publish, a loop map of where they work, and count published maps on the school's page.

Service Systems Sense

Motus moves

  • Publish a calendar for the first hour.
  • Announce the first cohort's start date.
  • Ship one handoff this month: a Trust The Practice graduate becomes a Wave Guide.

Votus moves

  • The cohort's price and size.
  • What a graduate is entitled to inside the ecosystem.

DashSupport.Team

The Dash DAO Builder Support Team. More Than A DAO Help Desk

Office Hours for every builder on Dash, Monday to Friday, 1 to 4 PM Central, Dasha AI answering around the clock, and the Dash Alive project registry.

GatherRung 6 · Information flowsDashhelp deskoffice hoursDAO

Mission · service · moves

Make sure no one building on Dash builds alone: a person in Office Hours, an AI answering around the clock, and a public list of who is building what.

What the model sees

The desk's loop corrects on evidence only if evidence accumulates before a vote, and the first vote it could reach closes 2026-10-18. The proposal is not on the ballot, the leads' hours ledger has no row, Help given counts zero and the ticket repository has no issue, so that vote would read a proposal with no record behind it.

The strongest move

Rung 6 · Information flows Log every Office Hours session held since 2026-10-06 to the public hours ledger this week, dated, with the count of builders who came.

Service Communications Systems

Motus moves

  • Answer every ticket inside the hours, in public.
  • Let Wave 001's record write itself from live data: the ballot listing, the first hours logged, the first Office Hours session.
  • Publish the first month's report now as an empty checklist with read dates, and fill it as the month runs.

Votus moves

  • The one-month proposal on DashCentral.
  • The payout rule for the pool.

Waves.Fund

A new way to fund your dream

Trust People. And They Become Trustworthy. A funding platform built around the Wave: a builder shares a vision, a Wave Guide works on it with them, and people give time or money to the work. Partners include Semble.CC, the Green Reef Foundation and Ocean97.Com.

FundRung 7 · Reinforcing loopsWebcrowdfundingwavesMotus Model 001

Mission · service · moves

Give builders, students among them, a way to raise money and help from people who come to trust them through the work.

What the model sees

The Wave carries trust through delivery, and the site carries neither: its README says it never handles money, support is one advisory signal per browser, and the public Wave pages that would show delivery are built and switched off behind two flags. The loop the model draws has no surface to run on.

The strongest move

Rung 6 · Information flows Switch on one Wave's public page with a delivery log and a public receiving address, read the way Dash Alive reads payments.

Service Data Analytics And Data Stories

Motus moves

  • Put a stranger's money into the first Wave.
  • Mint the Motus Model 001 atom on Intuition.
  • Fund one partner artist's release as a Wave, with their battle fans as the first supporters.

Votus moves

  • The Motivus One seats.

SoundMind.Team

Build the most important thing in the digital age

A person who answers, SoundMind Agents on your side, and guidance ranked by measured effect. Free.

SenseRung 6 · Information flowsWebguidanceagentsmeasured effect

Mission · service · moves

Help people build a sound mind in a fast-changing age, with guidance chosen by whether it helped.

What the model sees

A ranked set already exists: five guides on /guides, ordered by trial effect sizes from the literature. Nothing on the site asks a reader whether the one they tried helped, so the ranking can only move when the literature moves, and the loop the model draws, reports of what helped, has no inflow from the people it serves.

The strongest move

Rung 6 · Information flows Add one question under each of the five ranked guides, did this help and what changed, and count the answers beside the trial evidence.

Service Systems Intelligence For Teams And Corporations And Communities

Motus moves

  • Add a reader's report, did it help, under each of the five ranked guides, and count it beside the trial evidence.
  • Let a SoundMind Agent answer one real question in public.

Votus moves

  • What counts as a measured effect.
  • Who ranks.

Unitium.One

Cyber Security Guides For The New Age

An open resource for cyber security, compiled by August: learning paths from blockchain and multisig security to AI safety and safety culture, with certifications and a daily brief.

GuardRung 8 · Balancing loopsWebcyber securityguideskeys

Mission · service · moves

Teach builders who hold keys and run communities how to keep them safe.

What the model sees

The watch counts checklists completed, and no checklist exists: five paths, each at progress 0%, nothing to tick and nothing recorded. The check the loop needs already has a room in another body: the support proposal promises every Dash Alive listing a Verified mark or a reason, so the treasury check can run there, by a reviewer, as listings arrive.

The strongest move

Rung 5 · Rules Write the ten-minute treasury checklist, signers, multisig and recovery, and make it the Verified review for every Dash Alive listing.

Service Systems Sense

Motus moves

  • Publish the Praxis Codex guides from Unitium Safe as open reading.
  • Publish one guide a week, each with a checklist.
  • Write a ten-minute treasury checklist for every DAO in the network: multisig, signers, recovery.

Votus moves

  • Which guides are free and which sit behind Trust The Practice.
  • The review panel for security claims.

Unitium Safe

StepSAFE :: The Praxis

Project-based training for security leadership: twelve chapters from foundations to CISO leadership, and a UNIT each learner builds over time. Behind it sits a two-app personal vault, red-teamed and honest about what is proven.

GuardRung 5 · RulesWebvaulttwo appsproven over theater

Mission · service · moves

Train security leaders through projects, one step at a time, and keep the line between what is proven and what is staged.

What the model sees

Both stocks, the UNIT and the completed steps, live in the learner's browser and the door says so: the record only lives there until exported. The one path off the device is a read-only wallet link that mints a milestone as an Intuition triple, so this Guard body can read its own measure only through the Hold frame.

The strongest move

Rung 6 · Information flows Mint the first StepSAFE milestone as an Intuition triple from a real learner's wallet, and count attested milestones on the page.

Service App Development

Motus moves

  • Device-verify the phone approval on a real Android.
  • Make one StepSAFE chapter a check every ecosystem project passes before launch.

Votus moves

  • Whether the vault becomes a product or stays a praxis.
  • The recovery policy every user must accept.

$GREED

Skin in the game, made shareable.

An equity token model for any project, team or DAO, on Dash Platform's token standard: fixed at birth, earned by delivery, given with a note, harvested only from real revenue. Model v0.3 is published; nothing is minted yet.

HoldRung 5 · RulesDashequitytokenseven laws

Mission · service · moves

Give builders a share of what they help build, earned only by delivery and paid only from real revenue.

What the model sees

A season is one Dash budget cycle, so the token's clock is the DAO's superblock clock, about 30 days, and it has run since the ledger opened on 2026-09-28 with no council named. The ledger's receipt shape needs a council to accept it, and the council is a Votus, so the builder's loop waits on a decision.

The strongest move

Rung 5 · Rules Name the first council on the ledger, two to four people with weights and a threshold, before any contract is registered.

Service Dash.org Dapp Development

Motus moves

  • Mint the first project token on Dash Platform testnet.
  • Run Season 1 on testnet with three real deliveries and publish every grant with its note.

Votus moves

  • The first three projects to open $GREED on.
  • The council threshold for every project group.

Contributor Within Intuition.Systems

Atoms, triples and signals: identity and claims with money behind them. We mint identities, forge claims and stake on the open knowledge graph.

HoldRung 6 · Information flowsIntuitionatomsclaims$TRUST

Mission · service · moves

Give identity and claims economic weight, so reputation can travel between platforms with proof behind it.

What the model sees

Seven bodies name this role: four feed the graph with atoms, vouches, SenseRuns and a model, two teach it, and one reads from it, Semble, on a link still proposed. The loop is drawn as reputation travelling, yet no live exchange carries a claim from the graph onto a second platform; only the stop line, a year out, admits it.

The strongest move

Rung 6 · Information flows Read one claim back on a second platform: show the $TRUST staked on a builder's identity atom on their MotusMoves profile, from the public graph.

Service Dash.org Dapp Development

Motus moves

  • Mint the Motus Model 001 atom.
  • Attest every SenseRun as a triple.

FundRung 5 · RulesDashdigital cashtreasuryDAO

Mission · service · moves

Keep builders on Dash supported and funded, and give the ecosystem a payment rail that settles the moment money is sent.

What the model sees

This cycle votes are scarcer than budget: 6,828 DASH is on the table, 5,193 is allotted to the five passing proposals, and the 1,635 left over is never created unless a proposal asks for it. The 108 DASH ask competes for 319 net yes votes from 2,129 nodes, and that ballot closes on 2026-10-18.

BuildRung 10 · Stocks and flowsGitHubopen sourcepublic canonrepos

Mission · service · moves

Build the ecosystem in public, so other builders can read, run and fork what works.

What the model sees

Forks are the measure, and on 2026-10-08 the 29 public repositories show none; 18 of them show no license on GitHub, SystemsBench, DashSupport-Desk and CortexInsight-Public among them, and code without a license may be read and not built on. The watch counts a flow a missing rule forbids, so a year of zero would say nothing about the code.

The strongest move

Rung 5 · Rules Put a license file on the 18 repositories that have none, SystemsBench first, before a 30th repository is opened.

Service Website Development

  • Open the Outlier.Systems site itself.
  • Write a profile README that draws the map.

Each body of work adds to trust, and trust brings the work. All of it runs on August's hours, which makes the limit a balancing loop: B1, one pair of hands. The answer is more hands, practitioners and guides who can carry engagements, and that loop is still a proposal.
